遂にこの訃報が届きました。
闘病生活の中最後まで音楽活動をしていた坂本龍一さんがお亡くなりになりました。
心より御冥福をお祈りします。
恐らく自分の中で一番憧れていた日本人かもしれません。
世界的にも評価は抜群だしワンアンドオンリーで歌のない、インストルメンタルだけで一般の日本のリスナーを感動させられた唯一の音楽家だと思います。
そして芸術家として、一人間としての様々な発言も素晴らしかった。
本当に憧れの存在でした。
何か自分の中で大きな穴が空いてしまった感覚です。
同時に襟を正さないといけないとも思います。
とても大きな存在でした。
今まで沢山の感動と素晴らしい音楽をどうもありがとうございました。
明日は経堂でカルテットライブです。
音楽家とはとても純粋な人間です。
ただひたすらに音楽の事を考えて切磋琢磨して生きています。
そんな純粋な心を持った大の大人が集まって演奏しています。

日常にはあまりない、少し楽しい時間になると思います。

Ryuichi Sakamoto, who was active in music until the end of his illness, passed away.
I sincerely pray for the repose of the soul.
He might be the Japanese that I admired the most.
I think that he is the only musician who has an outstanding reputation worldwide, is one-and-only, has no songs, and has impressed the general Japanese listeners with just his instrumental music.
And as an artist, various remarks as a person were also wonderful.
He was a real dreamer for me.
I feel like there is a big hole inside me.
At the same time, I think I have to shape up.
It was a very big existence.
Thank you so much for all your inspiration and wonderful music.
Tomorrow is the quartet live at Kyodo.
A musician is a very pure human being.
I just live by thinking about music and working hard.
Adults with such a pure heart gather and perform.
Please come and listen if you don’t mind.
