週末は花粉がもの凄く飛んでいて、薬が効かずに大変でした。
しかも新潟から豊橋の大移動&蜻蛉帰りもあったりでもの凄く疲れました。
三寒四温と言いますが、本当に目まぐるしく気温が変わります。
体調管理が大変ですね。
