昨日でお盆休みも終わりました。
今年は夏を満喫した感じがします。
暑いけど八月に入ってからだったし夏らしくてとても良かったと思います。
体調もそんなに崩さなかったかな。
でもここ数ヶ月ずっと左腕の二の腕の筋のところに痛みがあって着替える時に腕が痛くて上がらない症状があったんですが、
一昨日背中の肩甲骨の上辺りのツボがめちゃめちゃ痛かったのでそこにピップを貼ったら何と腕の痛みが軽減されました。
びっくり！やっぱり体って繋がってるんだと思いました。
さて明日は八王子でカルテットライブです。

The Bon holiday was over yesterday.
I feel like I enjoyed summer this year.
It was hot but since August, it was summer and it was very good.
Also my physical condition not so bad.
But for the past few months, my left arm had a pain in my muscles and when I got dressed, I had a symptom that my arm hurt and I couldn’t go up.
The acupuncture points around the shoulder blades of the back of the back the day before yesterday hurt so much that if I put a pip there, the pain in my arm was alleviated.
Surprised! I thought my body was connected.
Well, tomorrow is a quartet live in Hachioji.
