何もかもが滞っているこの雰囲気も早く動き出してほしいものです。
最近腿の裏の筋肉が痛いのでランニングシューズももう寿命かな？それとも古傷の坐骨神経痛？
とりあえず普段履きで履いてる最近のハイテクスニーカーがとても楽でいいという事で新ランニング用シューズ、狙いは以前話題になったナイキのズームかな？
さて明後日は日米混合バンドROHG QUARTETです。
